Greetings nations. Our young nation requires manufacturing facilities of its own. We are putting out the following tender and a decision will be taken in about 15 RP months. We have a total of around $1 billion to spend over the next 5 RP years (this can be modified slightly depending on what is on offer) The winner of the tender will also qualify for favourable trading status and/or a percentage of export profits should they be interested in either of this as part payment.
We are interested in building weapons of all sorts and are already enquiring about R&D plans for weapons and would likewise be interested in affordable R&D plans.
We do not as yet feel we have money available for research and development facilities, but if any nation should offer as these at reasonable rates that we can afford we may be interested in them.
