"My fellow countrymen and women. It is with great excitement that I tell you that our Great and Proud country of Tokushima shall step forward into the Nuclear age.
A team of our brightest scientists were sent abroad to study in some of the region's finest Universities and they have recently completed their studies and returned with the knowledge to begin construction of The People's Republic of Tokushima's first Nuclear Power Plants.
The first Power station shall be located west of the capital city while a 2nd station will be built near the southern city of New Selkirk.
The nuclear power will keep our environment clean and the stations will be able to deliver power to all citizens for years to come.
