The United Socialist States of Zvarinograd, seeing as it's airforce is rapidly expanding to unimaginable numbers, has found that is needs more airbases to house the tens of thousands of aircraft and still leave enough room for our military's ultimate goal, having the world's largest and most technologically advanced airforce. Specifically, we need ten (10) new airbases throughout our country as well as an expansion of our inadequately small airforce command center.

In addition, whoever offers the best contract will take part in constructing the world's largest airbase, in order to show to the world that the United Socialist States of Zvarinograd is capable of supremacy of the skies as much (or even surpassing) as the leading superpowers.

To all our enemies, cower in fear of the sky, for it is against you.

1) The United Socialist States of Zvarinograd will not tolerate use of a nuclear arsenal

2) The United Socialist States of Zvarinograd are developing technologies to disable and destroy anti-air defences. Such as that of a SAM jammer equipped missle.

3) I'm asking for someone to build airbases here, not developing aircraft, put your post where it is useful.
