I have pondered the idea of a union, a confederacy, a league. This assembly would include all free anarchic nations. If any country is interested in a large scale alliance, please state so here or telegram Spectres. Thank you.
We are a former Anarchy. Our roots are still Anarchic so put us on any type of list. Remember all nations saying he is an anarchy beware, dont think that. We actually have a president. I am the president of the country.

unlike the stereotypical anarchist manifesto's, i would like to involve peaceful, mature nations that care for the welfare of the denizens that reside in the nation.
