In response to various threats made against our realm by Otzl Krang, we have no choice but to declare war upon this small insolent state. Any nation that befreinds these invalids will be dealt with. A massive force of Quad-Alliance troops are currently moving in on coastal shipping ports as well as borders. All troops will be reinforced by air support, so it is advised that any neutral planes, may they be civilian or millitary, avoid Otzl Kranian airspace. If you have trade relations with Otzl Krang, please send our Foreign Policy department a telegram.

Liberal Technolofy has just passed into law, a declaration of war. Thousands of Liberal troops are currently being drawn from active duty at our military bases to the borders of Otzl Krang. Liberal Technology's air force is currently launching sorties against assorted military bases from the carrier Freedom Tech and are reducing border outposts for invasion, no current losses reported yet.
