Grand Dude Assassinated! (Open RP)
Under mysterious circumstances, the Grand Dude of I-rey has apparently been assassinated by an extremist. The only witnesses present were members of the governmen (and their families), as the murder took place after a state dinner, in the Dude's Tiki Hut. The only people in attendance at the Dude's funeral were the Sultan of Scaraba, the Tribal Chief of Darkvale, and a mysterious stranger wearing Groucho glasses. The region of the Chosen Four, which I-rey was the founder, is in a state of emergency. The Sultan has inherited the Supreme Emperor role from the Dude for the time being.
Hmm, the perfect avenue for my scheme for world domination... perhaps I can take control of this "Scaraba" and use it to gain power on the international level.

Another bump for me regionmates.
Indeed, this is a sad day for all nations in The Chosen Four, population: 9 nations. The pain and grief is brought into sharp focus by the fact that, due indirectly to his death, the Holy Empire of Komdor has gained a spot on the Divince Council of The Chosen Four.
The Grand Dude founded our magneficent region, and his passing will be regretted and remembered by all. I can only hope that Scaraba will be able to follow in the glorious, yet deceased, footsteps of I-Rey.
The Emperor wished he could have attended the funeral, but was too busy brutally putting down a cheese shortage.
The Sultan is seeming to live a much more extravagant lifestyle than he has been, as a mere legislator. The title of Supreme Emperor seems to have gone to his head. The Sultan whoops it up in his crib every night, chomping on a cigarette holder, and splashing a whiskey everywhere. He also seems to have picked up a taste for amphetamine, hallucinogens, and the occasional ether binge. He mumbles, carries a big ass gun, and sports aviators and a bucket hat. Things don't bode well for the people of Scaraba, as the Sultan's behavior becomes increasingly erratic.
I enjoy bumping my own threads, except for the fact that nobody bothers to get involved.
