Sniper School
Back in the days of Aziklan, a company known as Crosshair manufactured and sold many high-class sniper rifles and equipment and even sponsered a sniper training school. Now, Crosshair is back in Portland, Juko, and is reopening the sniper school.
The school trains infantry men who score high-enough on basic marksmanship tests in basic training in the ways of using long-range rifles and sneaking and stealth.
The training is not soley used with sniper rifles. Marksmanship/Stealth training also involves training with the M16A2 rifle, Colt .45 pistol, flash-bang grenades, smoke grenades, and spotting equipment (including calling in artillery/air support).
The rifles used in training are the M24 sniper rifle and the M82 sniper rifle (firing a devastating 50 caliber shot).
Here is a synopsis of the 5 week training program:
Week 1
Familiarization with the equipment
Physical training
Week 2
Marksmanship training with the Colt .45 pistol
Marksmanship training with the M16A2 rifle
Making guille suits
Scoping out targets, uncamoflauged, day
Week 2
Scoping out targets, camoflauged, day
Scoping out targets, uncamoflauged, night
Marksmanship training with the M24 and M82 sniper rifles
Spotting training
Usage of NOC (night) equipment
Week 3
Building hides
Firing from various positions, including the standing-unsupported
Scoping out targets, camoflauged, night
Usage of flash-bang and smoke grenades
Spotting training including calling in support
Week 4
Usage of skills in MOUT (Military Operation in Urban Terrain) situations
48 hour, day, team vs. team exercise
Week 5
Firing under pressure
Firing under fire
Concealing shots after firing
48 hour stealth exercise (not being seen for those 2 days)
Final test: 30 targets, 30 shots, heavy pressure; 25 hits required to pass
The drop-out rate is usually 50%. Classes are 30 shooters, 10 classes are held a year.

The army the shooter fights in will provide the sniper patch for his/her uniform.

Classes 0101 through 0110 are open now, 30 men per class, 300 men total for this year.
Each country can provide 3 men maximum in a year for training. There is still no gurantee your men will make it through training. You must provide the name of your men so that if they pass their names can be put on the class list to be seen by all. Also, a $10,000 entrance fee is required per soldier for equipment and housing usage.
Soldiers should be flown in to Degobah Airport, Portland, Juko, and we will escort them to Fort Brakhage for their 5 week training.

The Kingdom of Skullzz already has its own private sniper training, which has produced some of the world's finest snipers, including the legendary #6, the best sniper in Skullzz. However, should we at any point have too much burden on our own program, we will contact you to train any snipers we don't have the capacity for.

If I am ever to send men to your training, we have a strict policy of not giving out the names of our snipers. This is for their own safety as well as national security. Even the families of the snipers don't know their designation. They know what the men do, but not their military number, which is what we refer to them as.

On a side note, if no one is willing to provide names, I guess we won't make the tradition of displaying completed classes in the mess hall. We hear at Fort Brakhage thought it would make a nice thing to remember for all and for all time here at the base.

I will be interested. Although, all my troops are trained in my art of warfare, the covert arts, I will send some men.
I would like them to know another style then my own.
Although our country has yet to take part in any conflict, nor do we foresee any upcoming ones, we would like to enroll 3 of our men who have already undergone guerilla and special ops training, as well as urban warfare in your program.
We apologize, but we would prefer not to reveal the names of the people we are sending. You can simply refer to them as Red, Black, and Blue.
Money will be wired upon confirmation.

OoC: Not to sound pushy or whiny, but the names and the sheets hanging with them were meant to be a tradition sort of thing (just like at the Sniper School in Fort Benning, GA [if I remember right]). And well... I just thought it would be a nice touch... oh well.

Considering that even some of the larger nations here would probably only have a few thousand snipers at all, let alone highly trained ones, the number is still a bit large. Your harsh reaction to my simple statement has still earned you a considerable demerit in Skullzz's eyes, and National Adviser Lillith has also gone so far as to release the following statement:

If there is room left, a small team has been established. They are Helmore Coffin, Horatious Bonar, Macbeth Bain (he will be returning later this evening), Haydn, and Mason. They are to become guards of Lux, the to be successor of Mathias.
At the moment, only 6 slots of class 0101 have been filled... that leaves 24 potential members...
Juko... we are a producer of military equipment. We would like to supply you with targets. Our targets are used by 32 nations. They are meant for certification tests though we can supply you ones for training.
