"...In other news, after the crash of the Mercury IV missle into Arnika City in the Kestand Providence of Buechnoria, numerous violent protests have arisen. At this point, 120 death have been recorded. Minister Johnston, representive of the Kestand Providence in the Buechnorian Parlimentary made a speech earlier today concerning the riots and protests:

'After the terrible accident [Mercury IV crash] Arnika city suffered, very few Buechnorian Police and Scientists arrived to help clear the wrecage, save lives, and other tasks the government should be doing!'

But Prime Minister Helms responded:

'I believe it is the duty of a providence of our fine nation to be able to handle these things themselves. Besides, we sent all that were needed. The Kesand Providence is just trying to gain the power it's leader [Minister Johnston] has always wanted!'

Soon after, Minister Johnston was assasinated by a nearby man who fled in he north east direction and is currently being searched for. Shortly after the assasination, a local mini-mall was bombed killing 327 civilians.

'If any nearby nations in Novoga or worldwide's support can be spared, please help us. Buechnoria is in a terrible state right now.' pleaded Minister Drake to the UN and Parliment.

Any nations in Novoga and other regions nearby are requested to aide int he search of the terroerist group responsible for the mini-mall bobming and sniper..."

Seven Har Land counter terrorist teams have been sent out to Buechnoria to aid the crisis there.

Counter Terrorist Team 1, 2, 3, 4:

Assault teams. Each team has twelve men. Specialize in raids and take downs. All trained in various weapons and demolitions.

Counter Terrorist Team 5 and 6:

Intelligence gathering. Pose as normal civilians and find out everything they can through people on the street. Try to find terrorist stations, peoples, and attack info.

6 Gather, organize, and intrepret the information given to them from the "street teams".

Counter Terrorist Team 7:

Sniper teams.

14 people, 7 teams of two. Specialize in counter-sniper operations, and covering areas during raids.


Message to Buechnoria officials

Har Land has decided to help Buechnoria in counter-terrorist operations. We ask all curent information on the terrorists be submitted to us immediately. We also require that Buechnorian vehicles and quarters be given to the teams to accomodate any extra need. Any costs will be compensated throug the Har Land government.

"...At 12:50 AM today, the terrorist group now recognized as the KLG, or Kestand Liberation Group have detonated another bomb. At the intersection of 43rd and 67th street, a red car with the license plate "HKM-597" exploded, destroying nearby residences. While details are skecthy, authroities believe that 23 civilians, 2 counter terrorists sent from Har Land, and 7 policemen were killed in the bombing. Investigators are working with counter terrorist teams to clear nearby buildings and question passers by..."

Har Land breifing:

Today a 00:50, members of the KLG have detonated a bomb in a heavily urban areas.

Two members of CT Team 5 we're seriously injured, but with any luck they may just come home alive.

The United Socialist States of Doujin is willing to send in a battalion of soldiers, Military Police, and medical officers to aid in controlling these riots and protests.

Today a 14:05, Counter Terrorist team two made staged a raid onto an abandoned factory. CT Team 5 reported that several members of the KLG we're using this as a staging area. Before word could get back to them, CT Team two arrived on the scene. While ten members surrounded the perimiter, Seargent Nathan Matthews and Seargent Timothy Brazel entered. With Nathan at point and Tim watching his six, four terrorists were killed in a clean sweep of the factory.
