To the esteemed leaders of nations.
The Queen of Moonstone Harbor has seen fit host a ball in honor of the coming of Winter at a date yet to be determined. Dress is formal, though costumes, if tasteful, are welcome. All guests are expected to behave decently and uphold their rank as leaders of great nations. Nations whose citizens are mythical in nature, (i.e. elves, faeries, etc.) are especially welcomed.
Please present this invitation upon arrival in order to be admitted.

I appologize for my tardiness in posting the date of the ball. I have been caught up in other matters and the event completely slipped my mind. I shall plan to begin the ball on the 2nd of January. However, if this is not possible, all nations present for the ball may feel free to begin without my presence. Again, my sincere appologies for my lateness and best wishes for the new year.

I'm afraid that won't be possible. If it is a large point, I can allow one security team on the premesis, but for my own nation's security, I cannot allow all three to attend. I'm sorry if this is a problem, but I must remain firm on that point.

I will be unable to attend the ball until Sunday evening at the earliest, as I won't be able to get online after tonight, until that time. I appologize again, but this event was unforseen, and unfortunately, unavoidable.

I would be glad to attend your Ball. My personal body guard will be the only Chochezken security guard present, if that is alright.

And I appologize Rebeland, however, I stand by my previous statement. For Moonstone Harbor's security, I can allow only one security team on the premisis. You may, if you wish, comprise a smaller force with a few members of each team, however the maximum size will have to be twenty people.

As far as security, the only men that I request be allowed are two of my President's Guard. Their presence is a formality, I assure you, if you wish they will not even be armed.
