In the center of Vacilia, at a small Nephilem Outpost, there is due to be a technology testing event..unfortunately, you have been told what the hell they're testing.

*driving up in the back of a limo, President Jankowski is quite disturbed at the very news of this testing. On all sides he has body guards for protecting, the roof and floor especially protected. The limo slows to a final stop and bodyguards pile out on both sides, as President Jankowski steps out of the car*
"Damn testing sites. Where the hell is that leader or whatever he calls himself.."
In a whisper to a bodyguard
"Make sure the spies are set and everything is prepared as I wanted it."

*stumbles out of outpost*
"Greetings, Mister Jankowski.*glances at bodyguards*You appear to be rather cautious.Regardless, our test will begin in a few minutes.And we've also taken a lot of security measures, so it isn't a repeat of what happened to Yaga with their S-Fighters."

"I should be cautious. Last time I went to a display it went horrible, just horrible. In a few moments?"
He nods, taking out a cell phone and dialing a number. Muffling his words he talks quietly before putting it away.
"Yes, well, tell me how these things work? Are they a danger?"

"They're basically gigantic mechanoids piloted by a 'frame runner' as they call them..fancy word for pilot.It could probably pick up a tank and crush it with it's bare hand if it didn't shoot it in the face before it did that, so you could say they're rather dangerous to most things.A hovering version of what you see today is already being implemented, as are weaponless versions for commercial and transportation use.The armed ones are used for security and...military applications."

"I see, military applications. Well, could you hurry this up? I'm a very busy man and I can't dawdle here for new techno things."
He glances at a few of his bodyguards.
"Get me a drink, pronto. And you" he nods at another guard on his other side, "Make sure he doesn't poison it."

"Actually, I was wondering if this demonstration poses a threat to my safety?"

"If everything goes to plan.Things such as reactor overloads and the like will probably destroy the outpost, but our scanning facilities here will give you a warning before that happens so you can get to a safe distance."
*the doors of a rather large hangar begin to open*
"Excellent..here it comes."
*a humanoid, metallic entity stomps out of the bay slowly*
"Okay, it will now demonstrate maneuvering and then gunnery on the tank over there, as well as the unmanned fighter, which is in the air.Oh, and for quick, future reference, this is known as the Laborious Extra-Solar Vehicle, or LEV for short."
*LEV performs a series of quick turns and movements, before showing it's ability to manipulate objects with it's hands.It then turns to the tank and fires a slug from it's handgun at it.The tank is hit and is knocked flying over the fence*
"See?These are mock slugs, by the way.The real ammunition would either blow through the tanks armor and destroy it, or explode upon contact.This was just demonstrating the force of the weap-"
*an alarm begins to sound..*

"What the hell is that? Bodyguards, prepare the limo."
Several guards run off and start up the limo, driving it up closer to the President.
"Is that the reactor?"
His hand reaches for his phone.

"No, it's the unconfirmed radar contact alarm.Basically, some thing coming here right now."
*the targetted tank is thrown flying over the fence, smashing into the limousine and hitting an unlucky bodyguard*
"What the.."
*a grafitti-covered version of the test LEV leaps into view, the Yagax flag spraypainted onto it.a voice comes over the loudspeaker mounted on it*
"This is the Yagax LEV 'Under New Ownership'.You are using unethical experiments to perfect this techology."
*the LEV swivels it's head towards President Jankowski, ignoring machinegun fire from Nephilem security officers*
"Ah, President Jankowski of Baint.We do not use human test subjects in our research of this field, and we have liberated several test sites, as you may or may not have heard.If you wish to learn more of this, this is the data log from Nephilem's main research facility.Examine it at your own will."
*the LEV drops a cushioned package containing a DVD*

"What the hell is going on here!"
He pushes a button on his phone, a panic button, and is suddenly boxed in by bodyguards as his private military chopper lifts off and begins its journey to him.
"Get that package!"
A guard sprints for it.
"What the hell are you doing here, live test subjects..what..you owe me a limo! And a bodyguard!"

*Three choppers fly into view, one descends to the ground as the other turn torward the LEV and begin firing machine guns at the facial area.*
"Horrible damn country, don't know how you run it."
*The guards rush him to the landing chopper and push the box in, lifting him up and setting him in the seat, and shutting the door as the two other choppers continue firing at the LEV as they maneuver, keeping apart so that it can't hit both at once.*

"What the...human test subjects?Zephyrs is going to have to answer some questions.."
*grabs cell phone and dials a number*
"Get some choppers ready and evacuate the outpost.Last one out will turn off all devices in the outpost and lock it down."
*closes cell phone and sprints for chopper hangar*

*After loading up with necessary bodyguards and packages the chopper lifts up and speeds away quickly, the other two choppers began firing missiles at the machine to make sure it stays back before moving backward. The president retrieves his phone and leaves a message on Enduwa's voice mail.*

"MR. ENDUWA'S I AM very displeased with this demonstration you cannot keep things straight. I have this package and before I view contents I want you to come straight with what's on it!"
