Text: The Dominion of Genworks has mobilized troops and coerced the other nations of his reigon to mobilize troops against me. He accuses me of trying to take over his reigon, when really I moved to his reigon because of hostilities coming from my former reigon. I immediately moved out, into my own fledgling reigon, and I was no more threat to him, if I ever had been one. He has nearly ten nations to help him fight, while I have but one! I am in desperate times and I can't bear to see my people go to war and lose lives over an imagined insult, but I cannot make concessions to the Dictator when he is certainly not right and when it would only give him in excuse to make our country do his bidding all the time. As much as I couldn't bear for my people to lose their lives over an imagined insult, I could bear it even less if they lost their freedoms to such a wretched dictator. My country has an excellent supply of uranium and would be willing to ship weapons to any country willing to take arms in favor of my country and we would certainly send some money to help pay your soldiers, granted we may not be able to send much as we are entering war-time and our economy is only okay. Please, think about it. Help our poor reigon.
