5.30am GMT: In a remote test centre in Fuggolians vast "Medusa" wastland, Fuggolian techs are scambling about, today is the day when Fuggolia will change the world forever.
A massive silo at least 4 miles in diameter opens up and with alarm klaxons sounding, begins to surface and keeps rising, until the top cannot be see through the clouds.
3 officers observe the process.
1st: surely other nations will see Project "Red Eye" now we have unvailed it?
3rd: ah yes, but what will they make of it? Its an enormous glass cylinder over 6 miles high with the bottom half mile filled with water. On top the cylinder is a suction device designed to bring smoke from the chamber of the burning "packages" up and into the atmosphere.

1st. For the better part of a decade, our biologists have be working on a form of "ultimate skunk" the most deverstatingly potent Weed known to man, it also grows about 6 times quicker then Ivy.

3rd: Fuggolia still retains a powerful military, and the "Redeye" devices, have concentrated skunk-canister launchers, a Fleet or army approaches, it will be mashed of its tree in secounds, imagine an entre fleet floating in water whilst the crew guzzle soft drinks and munch chips.
