In your region pick up influence and use that influce to pick up votes. Once you outvote any other contestant you have your delegacy.

You click on the nation's name and click on the link that says "endorse".
Yea but how do u pick up influence...how do u vote for someone, is there an area which says "vote a member for regional delegacy"???

In your region (Anti Democratica), you need to get 1 other UN member to endorse you and you'll become delegate.

How do u send endorsements?
As I said..click on the nation's name in the NS screen (not forums) that IS IN YOUR REGION and scroll down..you'll see a link that says, "endorse"..just click on it and you're done.
