The Macabees

To commerate WWIX and the loss of over 2 million soldiers (so far) the Macabean government is begginning construction of a new statue.
It will be a marble carving of a Pz. VIII tank 30 meters high and 140 meters wide. The tank will also be sorrounded by chrome and bronze areas, such as to add some sort of style. The following inscription will be evident:
Not even fools choose war instead of peace; in peace sons bury fathers, but in war fathers bury sons. But something war is necessary to establish a realm of future peace and in this way our sons were buried in honor.
On the other side will be another plaque with writing on it saying:
My wars are paid in your blood and for that I honor my Macabea with something words cannot express. I and every other Finegold which may come across such great people are in a perpetual debt.
As soon as the plans were released in the papers and on the television news the tears of people began to stroll down their faces and special memorials for the lost soldiers appeared all over the nation, from the mainland, to the Grossdeutschland provences, to Freemantia and to the NDA provences.
The statue will be constructed in Madrid, two blocks from the 100 meter statue of Finegold II and will be done in three months.
