I am on my brother's account, but with permission. And i am not really 8, just messin around then.

The rules for having nuclear weapons is;

There are no rules, but for the sake of roleplay you should follow what I say, you must be able to supply a good reason for the development of your nuclear arsenal and be able to roleplay it out well. There are no population restrictions, as long as you face the consequences of purchasing a nuclear arsenal with a weak economy and roleplay it out well. Finally, you should know when to use nuclear weapons in a roleplay, which is almost never.

Attacking Kolskiy Poluostrov is the same as attacking Russian Forces.

We are a semi-independant nation located in Russian Forces. We have pledged support to eachother, politically as well military. Russian Forces is a 2.046 billion population nation. You have challenged the wrong nation. We will be mercyfull. Stand down at once, and we will spare you. If you do not stand down, expect to be attacked by Kolskiy Poluostrov and Russian Forces.

We urge all war parties to stand down. Current affairs in the latters nation may reach a critical point, but we don't need war clouding the final conclusion.

To reply against the threats of the Russian Forces we laugh in your petty attempt to threaten your way out of this. If RF does join he will meet a powerful coalition of sovereign nations which do not concur with his viewpoints (OOC: and probably get ignored since I think he godmods..Im not sure though).

Listen, in this case, i am the just one. I didnt do anything to Liberated America that gave him the right to attack me. I just stated that i was suprised that a one week old nation had 100 nuclear subs. He must have thought, that this was his chance to go warmonger and pick on a nation smaller then him.

You would also have the pledged support of the Nation of Hogsweat ( popn 572 mil, economy= all consuming ) . Making that 2.618 billion.

The Macabean DUMA is not placing the war on anybodies head. We are not here to blame but to make sure war does not actually break out for such simple reasons.

But I see the truth in what you're saying. If war does breakout I will make an invasion of the belligerent and end matters there. As a warning, I will annex territory if this actually happens.
