Unfortunately due to the size and economic conditions of my our country we lack the facilities to provide proper and adequate training for our special forces.
With the recent assasination attempts on many of our ministers and officials, we have decided that now is the time operate such a program.
We request that nations allow some of our troops to under go training at their facilities, costs and numbers are yet to be organised and are subject to discussion.

Please I beg of you, this training is vital to our countries security. Without special forces we are unable to defend ourselves against the so called 'terrorists'.
As i said before many assasination attempts were made against our government officials, many of them are now refusing to work until proper protection is provided.

Very well if this is the attitude of fellow nations in the world any training offered by nations will now be declined.
We have therefore decided to set up and operate our own Special forces training centre, with funds that were originally designated for the environment.

We will train 1000 of your men for free for 45weeks, all extras included, ill also give you 100million to bost your economy and military.

The warriors of Clan Morrison are famed for their fierce patriotism and prowess on the battlefield. We are a small nation but are both efficient and effective in our training techniques which have carved men seemingly bred for battle for centuries.

We currently have vacancy for 1200 men each at 2 seperate complexes. Training will be comprised of a 6 month prepatory period in which your Ginsburian Troopers will be taught the techniques of effective combat in class-room style lectures as well as a brush-up on basic training. Following will be a 18 month period in which the men will be undergo vigorous training. They will be taught superior combat tactics, escape and survival techniques, espionage, as well as other various and equally critical components comprising modern wafare.

Everything is supplied for training. Your administration will, of course, have to pay for the training, room and board, and supplies used during their stay at Dun Eistein and Fort Phabbay. Other nations may offer less expensive fees but we feel our governments superior training far surpasses any dollar figure.

If you are still interested in pursuing this matter do not be afraid to do so.

The USSK are willing to provide your fledgling nation with the training you desire, our spec ops program is one which we take very seriously and indeed takes up a large amount of our military budget. Our troops are trained to be flexible in all forms of modern warfare and our KSWAT and Military Spetznaz are reknown as some of the best in the world. Please send them to Belgraz city ASAP money will be discussed later.

Most of these countries seem to be fairly young, and despite your promises, which were of good nature, i will offer placement for a number of your special forces at our Special Operational Warfare and Tactical Operations School at *classified*, if you are in any way interested and wish to be taught by the very best that have seen combat then please telegram me.

Boom-ville will gladely 'train' some of your special forces. The only problem is, our flash-learning technology will not work unless your soldiers are outfitted with Boom-ville nano-technology. The training will be free, all we ask is that you let us spread our nano-perfection throughout your nation.
