Today, our police have arrested a Belarussian citizen, who was trying to enter Kolskiy Poluostrov at the Western border (Finland) with large amounts of drugs. We are not yet sure how we will deter him, but the official punishement for smuggling large amounts of drugs across the borders, is execution.

What class drugs are they ?

The following amounts of drugs were found:

- 2 kilograms of cocaine
- 500 grams of heroin
- 200 XTC pills

It has been confirmed that the man was also carrying a weapon, but that our police officers easily overpowered him (they are amred with PPS-41).

The Belarussian man, Nikolai Pronadyev, is currently located in the prison in Murmansk. It is very likely that the man will be executed. We also expect protests from the Belarussian goverment.

We report that we have allready decided what to do with this criminal.
He will be executed for the following crimes:

- Smuggling of Drugs
- Assault on police officers

I am extremly concerned about the reported plans to execute a Belarussian Citizen... The Belarussian inteligence service have no information on Nikolai Pronadyev but have faith in the justice system of Kolskiy Poluostrov.

We however call upon their government to suspend plans to execute Mr Poluostrov so that my foreign Ministry can discuss with the government of Kolskiy Poluostrov the charges against Kolskiy.

I am hopefull that this situation can be resolved.

Kolskiy Poluostrov, I urge you not to take such harsh measures, for such a small offense. Drug smuggling, in this case, did not end up in murder or another type of capital offense and I must remind you that execution is something of the 3rd World, unless you have reason to do so, such as treason.

The Belarussian Government condemns the plans to execute Nicolai Prondyev by the government of Kolskiy Poluostrov.

It is the belief of my government that this arrest was not made because of drug smugeling but because Nikolai Prondyev was a prominent Human Rights campaigner who was planning to take part in a democracy demonstration in Kolskiy Poluostrov.

Our intelligence reports claim that there was not a fair trial of Mr Prondyev and that several of his human rights were breached while he was in police custody.

We call for his immediate repatriation to Belarus where if evidence of his crimes is presented to the MFA he will be prosecuted and punished.

We will not take these accusions serious. We have a very strict justice system, and we will not change it because this citizen is Belarussian. Using the terms "intelligence service" lets us assume that there are Belarussian spies located in Kolskiy Poluostrov. The fact that he is a member of Amnesty international makes no diffrence. He did smuggle drugs. We have the vehicle he was driving in, and the drugs he was smuggling. We do not execute human rights activists. We will only arrest people who try to spread capitalist propaganda, and keep them locked in a cel for one night, sometimes only a few hours. These accusations, are an offense againt the Kolskiy Poluostrov people, goverment, and laws. We can make loose acusations to. Could it be that you are discriminating us and spreading propaganda against us, because we have strong connections to Russian Forces, and not long ago betrayed Russia, by claiming your independence??? We ask that you postpone the execution and hold a new trial where international observers can attend. We do not hold your links with the Russian Forces against you, to the conterary, we are regretfull that our Russian cousins fail to have a good diplomatic relationship with us as we are very proud of our shared heratage.

The problem as I see it is that you are accusing a simple drug smuggler of espionage...or that is your final intent. In truth you have no right to execute him for if you do I have the right to execute the 2,000 or so recorded tourists which belong to your nation.

In fact, I have already ordered police and military units to round up the known tourists, have them counted and hoarded into a closed off hotel, to make sure they all remain.

If your nation does not resolve the crisis peacefully your citizens will not be released until reperations are repaid. If you go to the extreme and execute any of my citizens in your territory then I will begin the decimation of your own people in the hotel. It is as simple as that.

Public warnings have been issued to the 1,500 or so people in your country which are Macabee citizens to fly out in the next 2 hours.

This is a stern warning to not neglect the international community and not to destroy the rights of sovereign states.

[b] Firstly the Belarussian Government agrees that to execute tourists simply because of a distaste for their government is shamefull... We do not condon this and call upyo the Macabean government to release all KP tourists.

Secondly I am pleased at the offer of the KP government to release Nicolai Prondyev and ban him from KP. We offer to fly him back to Minsk and should the KP government wish prosecute him for drug smuggeling we will begine court proceedings in a Belarussian court.

The Belarussian government does not have spices in your country as such, our Inteligence Service is very small, but other nations with which we are allied with do - they have been sharing inteligence on this issue.

I hope that this incident will not ruin relations between our nations.

NIKOLAI PRONDYEV RESCUED BY FIB AGENTS

Elite Belarussian FIB agents assisted by undisclosed allied Military forces raided a prison in KP last night and rescued Belarussian Human Rights campaigner Nikolai Prondyev.

The Agents took off from the Belarussian Airbase in _______ and met with allied intel agents inside KP before raiding the prison where Nikolai was sitting in Death Row…

As many as ten KP military personnel were immobilised in the rescue operation and one FIB agent was killed.

I understand your justified anger at the actions of the FIB rescue operation, particuarly as talks were looking as if he could be freed...

However after 48 hours of having no communication with you, the House of Representives demanded that he be brought home by any means. I must, as the apointed minister of the house abide by that decision...

I understand that our relations have been sevearly damaged by this, but not forever I hope... Any sugestions on how Belarus can work to improve KP-Belarussia relations will be given seriously considered...

On the count of the allegations against Nikolai Prondyev, I recomend you telegram your case against him to us and we will hand it to the DPP who will prosecute on your behalf... unless you wish to send a lawyer to comence legal proscedings.

Belarus will pay €500,000 each to the families of the ten KP personel who were either killed or seriously hurt in the operation. I know that monetary compensation can in no way make up for the deaths of the KP soldiers, these are a scar on the concience of the BSDP.

Could've just ignored him.. he's completely out of it.. there were no FBI agents involved. Also, it's illogical to assume someone could pilot a chopper into a heavily guarded area and still remain unnoticed.

We have ignored him really, we are unaware of any kidnappings and no solidiers have been killed... I assume this to be propoganda or mental illness.
