United-Powerful-Nations-Of nation-States alliance:

Description:
This alliance will be made up of large and small nations of nation states. It will be run off a system of high council man. The alliance will bring peace and harmony to NS. The objective here is to bring the whole NS into a world wide peace treaty.


Rules:
1) No member of the UPNNS shall attack another member of the UPNNS, nore shall it show any hostilities toward any other nation in the UPNNS.
2) All members will be able to trade freely with another nations in the UPNNS.
3)Wars that are started by a UPNNS member shall and must have reason and supporting evidence.
4)All technology made by a country with the help of the UPNNS is open for any other country in the UPNNS to use it and copy it and produce it. Also you may share technology if you please to help the UPNNS.
5) If you are attacked by any one at any time automatically that country becomes a enemy of the UPNNS, unless you had broken one of these rules or caused the war to happen.
6)You must allow other UPNNS members military units park on your land only if they are in dire need of help such as there ship is on fire or the need repair men’s or medical help. Other wise it is your decision if they are there or not.

Any breaking of these rules will cause a ejection from the UPNNS.

Job description:
Vice president:
There job is to look over the alliance and they will be in charge for any time that the president is away on a OOCly vacation or anything like that. S/he also will vote on subjects that come up.

treasurer:
The treasurer will keep track of the money that the alliance has to spend and its budget. They also vote on subjects.

defense secretary:
The defense secretary is to keep track of any all wars or conflicts that could, will or is involving the alliance. Also if any one is under attack they should know. They also vote on stuff. Also if you are in the alliance and you are under attack you would tell the defense secretary and then the defense secretary would tell me.

Special projects secretary:
The Special projects secretary is to suggest any projects that would help the alliance in any way. They also vote on stuff.

High council man 1-4#:
They are just there to vote and bring up new ideas.

All high members are expected to report any rule breaking they see.

The Sambizie find this alliance, to say the least, interesting. We have reviewed the rules set forth by your nation and have found "most" of them acceptable. We furthermore commend this alliance on it's quest to bring unification to the NS world. However, we do not agree to "rule" #6. Having foreign military within the Sambizie borders has been a "reserve" privilage for very few nations. We are very "defence" orientated...foreigners enter our nation only by invitation. However, we do not "ignore" this alliance for the cause seems just enough. If we were to be allowed an "exception" to rule #6, we would join this alliance. But, we are not asking for you to "alter" any rules at the sake of our request.

Good luck on your alliance and may you bring peace and solidarity to the Earth-bound Nations. We would like to offer our alligence to the UPNNS as a "neutral" or "friendly" nation. As we are not certain on how active our involvement could be with "membership". In closing, I would like to offer this alligence a secured trade agreement of the following materials:

Rule 6# concerning international troops is like a country has a ship under attach or hurt they should be allowed to come to you for support and repairs if to far from home. Or ships are just allowed to port there, no bases or anything like that. We have a rule very much like yours. Anything with out permission to land is shot straight to hell by our defence system.

As I stated earlier, our location "may" prevent us from a "military" response if needed. Though we do have a significant military presence on Earth, the "bulk" of the Empire is outside the Sol System. We would still like to request membership into this alliance as well as a "liasion" position between our governments. If you decide to accept us, we will provide you limited access to, from, and within our system, (some restrictions may apply). We can discuss this in greater detail at a later time.

Doujin i am unsure how we will handle that, more likly a voting upon the alliance.

Would this alliance consider accepting smaller nations (Viz: me). I have read all of the rules and regulations, agree to them, and see no reason why they would be of any problem.

I see no reason for you not to be. I did say "weak" in the discription but i think i will change it to big and small and not powerful and weak.


Yes Sambizie i have a space fleet. But im like a mix or modern and future tech.
