News is just surfacing that an assassin was caught within the Emperor's palace in the newly-founded United Empire of Colerica earlier today. The assassin, known only to us as "Rache", has apparently refused to answer who sent him. "Rache" claims to have been plotting to assassinate the Emperor and that he was hired by a nation or faction to do so.

Colerica is asking any and all nations for information regarding the assassin or assasssination plans, or information that will lead to the discovery of the nation or faction behind this plot. A reward is being offered.

Under Colerica law, the assassin will be put to death via hang, draw, and quarter tomarrow.

The central intelligence in our country has been swirling around now for days. We did learn of a plotted assasination and coup going down but we were unable to discover which country was targeted. This attempt was done by a terrorist organization of the GLA(global liberation army). The terrorist army is operating out of many counties in the pacific and in my country as well. We are on there trail but attempts have been futile in trying to stop them. Join the coalition against Rebal forces(CAR). There is few countries on board at this time.

Colerica is most pleased with this knowledge. Since the capture, our own intelligence has been working like madmen trying to string together clues as evidence. The Global Liberation Army seems to have found its self on several wanted lists by multiple nations throughout the world. The CIIA, or Colerica Imperial Intelligence Agency, has been placed in charge of the investigation.

Further attempts to interrogate the assassin are proving unsuccessful.
