The C.S.D.N is for nations who beleive in a Higher Power, uphold basic human rights, have the right to worship in their nations and beleive in the protection of religious minorities. This will be a mutual defense association to defend ourselves against agressors and neo-fascist nations. Further, nations who jo9in will gain most favored nation status, have reduced tarrif rating and other goodies. Only democracy's are allowed that respect basic human rights, allow the freedom to worship, beleive in a Higher Power and protect religious minorites in their nation.

Just to make even clearer(crystal), I had no attack on Setian, I merely declared him an enemy.

However, it must be noted that I did in fact mistakenly say "so I present my offer to you, Setian", instead of addressing NewGanEden, however, the rest, taken in context, points to an attack on NewGanEden.

By the way, our F-16s cannot fly through space, however they can fly(and safely maintain for 6-7 hours) into the Mesosphere, which is pretty close to space. From there, they can launch special missiles(not standard, must be specially equipped) that can attack space targets. But other than that, and our surveillance satellites, we really have nothing in space. Really. Seriously.

The hostile state of NewGanEden has launched a major attack on Layarteb. Civilian aircraft and military aircraft with Tactical Nuclear Devices and Napalm were shot down today. Patriot systems guarding all major cities and military targets downed what they estimate was between 100 and 240 aircraft that were hostile and under strict orders to attack Layarteb civilians and military targets. Operatives inside NewGanEden, who reportedly assisted with a top secret strike only days ago by a new, top secret military aircraft named the Ghostrider, apparently alerted Layarteb High Command just sixty-five minutes ago. The aircraft were all targetted and determined what was hostile and what was not through what military officials say was a quick and complex system.

Suicide bombers were also among their attacks and police, SWAT, and military soldiers raided some 35,000 homes and warehouses that were supposed staging grounds for these suicide bombers. They've arresseted approximately 850,000 terrorists. They estimate between 10 and 35 thousand are still on the loose. I am completely atheistic, torture is not influenced by religion here. These prisoners were captured on our beaches, and each one had a vial of still unidentified chemicals on them.
