Engineering Plans for the City Layout ::

The Port

The Civil Port will be placed in a stretch of land 10km long which arcs into a bay of sorts. It will be able to hold 700 merchant ships of carying sizes at any one time and will be open unless in times of invasion. Protecting it will be a concrete bunker ever .5 km protected by a large 500mm L/50 bunker gun.

The military port will be placed in a stretch of land 20km long and will be built to hold some 500 naval ships, although occupancy will be considerably lower. This will be protected by a bunker with a 500mm gun ever .25 of a mile. Wharfs and shipwrights will also dot the port to construct warships.

The Citadel

In the center of the city is a 200km high mesa, sorrounded by cliffs and one ramp leading to the only gate. Walled with stone walls it will hold the city government, all buildings built in classical architecture. A senate building as well as other buildings will crowd the citadel.

The City

The city itself will be like any other modern cities. For the most part it will be consumed by large condo buildings, in the European style and will hold a total of 5 million people.

There will also be 5,100 Elementary Schools, 5,000 Middle Schools and 4,300 High Schools. A total of 7,902 museums of various different subjects and 14,000 libraries will be built.

Cost

A total cost of 300 billion has been revealed but costs could actually multiply three fold. The city will be completed in three years.

Of course, with 1.9 trillion USD, we have surpassed the costs of the city... therefore, we will add two new sections to our cities which will feature houses and hotel for the international community.

The Jaxusism International Section

Located on a stretch of 8km of beach it holds enough condos for 300,000 citizens and enough hotels for 100,000 tourist at one time. Along the beach it has a great selection of stores and such. In the center of the community will be placed a 70 meter high statue of the current leader of Jaxusism to commerate his donation.

The ISAF Internation Section

Located on another 8km of beach, to show equality among partners, it will built in the same way as Jaxisism's sector, only the 70m statue will be of the leader of ISAF. Also a variation of architectural style will also take place to make sure the city has a bit of variation in it...

(note: ISAF sector will be built in modern architectural style while the Jax sector will be built with a tinge of Baroque.)

Remember, my 300 construction workers are there and helping with the construction of both the ISAF section and the Jaxusism Section.

We have kept that fully in mind and they will be fully fed and housed until the construction is complete.

In addition to the money, we have 450 construction workers, en route via dropship, ETA 4 hours. They will have with them CEB Armor, used as constrution suits (with another 500 extra, for you Jauxism) and 1 million dollars in assorted construction tools.

OOC: By the way, you must have missed my 500 billion extra, for a total of 1.4 trillion dollars in ISAF funds. That makes it 2.9 trillion by both ISAF and Jauxism together. Also, no refund is neccecary. In fact, our own private sector came as a surprise. We thank you for you thoughtful inclustion of an ISAF sector.
