It has come to my attention the rise of terrorist nations indeed I sat down today to find 3 terrorist threads. Before A-Corp came along I never saw terrorist thread. Now I have to say that I would let this go but since BFTE attacked me 21 times killing 300,000 people and assinating my farther, King Theodon of Aust, I have come to the dicision that it must stop thus I propose to you good people of nationstates a anti-terrorist pact. The rules will be simple,
1) The nations included will never use terrorism,

2) Any nation within or without the allince will give support if asked to a nation stricken by terrorism.

3) They shall each donate 500 trained anti terrorist officers and £100,000 pounds a year to an elite anti-terrorist force, (Nations with under 30 million pop may not have to do this,

That is all i have to say to you, please join.

What do you classify as terrorism? If this includes kidnapping a top official from an opposing nation and holind them for information; psychological terror in a time of war; or assasination, we are not interested. We, erm, do not perform all three of those. Also, you might want to check out Ghetto, the AT team.
I class it as attacking without an officl declaration of war against civillian targits and terrorising them. The rest are okay

I will discuss this further with my region, but the Kingdom of the Midlands is the main region rival with A-Corp. We are their biggest threat at this point, and I personally, have gone to war with the A-Corp once already. I would like to join this alliance, and I will recommend it to my entire region because we have a growing hatred for A-Corp members.

My only question is what about nations facing an internal terrorist threat, a nation cannot be held responsible for a minority group of extremists, or do you mean entire nations promoting terror tactics?

But in that case, many (probably the majority) of the Nationstates are terrorists. If I may, I would remember that there is a thing called "state terrorism", and that a large part of the leaders are strongly in favour of it. I will see how some of the Nationstates present in this topic act towards their citizens, and, most surely, I will find terrorist states.

When? I don't attack my own citizens and the last time I attacked someone without a declaration of war was....a long time ago.

Well, ok, I went to see again, and although "few" and "rare", civil rghts and political freedom exist. You are in the frontier between a regular dictatorship and a terrorist state. However, I don't believe in countries with this level of repression talking about fighting back terrorism. It's like supposing that Bush is fighting back terrorism, instead of making it grow, as in fact he is doing.

Anyways if the alliance here needs any anti-terrorist troops i can donate a large amount of mine that were just going to be removed from active duty.
