Valkonezh Capital Square, Valkonezh City

The resounding thunder of sonicbooms tearing across the city in unison awakens many a sleeping citizen. However, many find it not a cause for alarm, as they find it as much a common noise as the hustle and bustle of the city itself. Fighter upon fighter, bomber upon bomber, helicopter upon helicopter, the "armada" of aircraft denied every inch of the city below, sunlight.

"Lo and behold, our military's pride and glory, the mighty airforce of the United Socialist States of Zvarinograd, my Premier." Valkov turns to the Premier, who appears to be watching the airshow with discontent. "Is there something wrong Pre--"

"This is not enough, Valkov." He turns around, walking back towards his office. "If our military is to have one advantage over the entire international community, it is to be airpower, increase the funding and drafting for the expansion of our airforce even further. All priorities on research will be set for the military, specifically for our airforce. Dimissed."

Valkov left the office and it was silent, but the Falcon had awakened.

OOC:
This just means I am accepting offers of aircraft, aircraft technologies and production rights for domestic military use of the said items. Discounts for bulk are much appreciated.

Bump, any offers?

Currently, my largest craft are my city ships, and I won't give them up. I'd have to resettle a quarter of my civilisation. Not good.

Anyway, my space superiority fighters, JAW-15s, are pathetic compared to some of the ships I've seen fight.

I'd be glad to search for anyone who has air or spacecraft, that fit your criteria.
13-12-2003, 14:53
Well, I can offer you some spacecraft, maybe. They are capable of in-atmosphere flight, and pack a punch.

Stats-
Manufacturer-Berliston AeroSpace
Engine Type-BEPT-10910 Pulse Detonation Hybrid Engines, verniers located throughout aircraft.
Max Speed-Mach 4.0 (At high altitudes)
Armarment-1x30mm HyVeloc Gatling, 16x spaces of pod weapons.
Special Equipment- military radio W/scrambler, ECM, ECCM, satellite uplink, full visual suite, ejection seats, damage control, chaff, Fire extinguisher, laser detector, 12 hours life support, auto-pilot, navigation systems, cybernetic linkage, military radar with target ID and look down, radar detector, laser communicator, chaff and flare dispenser, environment control, MK7 NAI Targeting and Weapons System, Athena MK II, APL-332 LADAR/LIDAR
Cost-22 Million
Notes- The F-98 Maelstrom, while a very sucsessful fighter, was in need of replacement. The F-109 Tempest provided the best in manuverability, speed, and weapons. With 4 separate rotating canards, and vernier thrusters, the Tempest is a very agile fighter, and combined with the 30mm HyVeloc Gatling Gun, is a force to be feared in dogfighting. With a very high speed, and advanced missile systems, the Tempest is an excellent interceptor. The vernier thrusters and thrust vectoring give it the ability to perform NVTOL (Can take off at 20 Degree angle). Already they are availible for export.
Cost-22 Million

Athena- The earliest and one of the biggest technologies ever developed by the USNE.
The F-117, the B-2, the F-22. All stealth. All able to outwit radar systems.
But these aircraft were not agile, not as heavy hitting. Not as cheap as the average aircraft. Then there came Athena, in the F-98. An agile fighter, well armed, fast, affordable, and stealth. But how could it reach that performance? Athena. The radar waves are detected by Athena, and its raw data is put through a super conductive, liquid cooled computer. Then, the computer supervises and orders the release of out of sinc waves from tiny antennas under the planes surface. This effctively eliminates the radar signal, as in no return.
What about the scatter effects? Radar A transmits it, radar B receives it?
The computer knows the characteristics of the plane it is 'protecting'. It therefore emits the proper amount of energy in the right directions. Highly sucessful, nearly impossible to detect, and proudly serving many nations through the F-98, F-106, and F-109 aircraft, as well as the UM/F-6 UCAV and Imitoran F-18H Yellow Jacket.
Cost-1 billion for production rights

The United Socialist States of Zvarinograd would like to purchase 10,000 F-109C Tempest fighters and we would also like to purchase the production rights for the Athena technology. We would like to inquire of the production rights for the F-109C Tempest for domestic military use. We have wired $221,000,000,000 to cover our initial purchases. That will be all.

Your large order comes in at 220 Billion. It will take us about 2 years for our factories to pump this out. F-109C Production rights come in at 2 billion, and Athena at 1 Billion.

Your money has been recieved, and our Manufactory Complexes are hard at work.
