From the Channel 4 News:

The area was soon cut off by police and a supposed 2,762 are dead after this horrific accident..."

While information is still sketchy, officials are sure this was controlled by a either a terriost group or another nation. At the moment the Buechnorian Army is assembling and preparing for possible war.

Officials are still waiting for investigations to show what happened and the terrorist group/nation to admit responsibility for the action.
