The free and democratic nation of the South Pacific notes that Canales has asked Whittier to leave and whittier refuses even though the government of Canales has asked them politely. While the Emperor is apparently unaware of the request for Whittier's withdrawal, we will support his decision as soverign of the Canales Holy Empire.
