Some semi IC, semi OOC Comments first:
This thread currently sells and donate things whose technology level ranges from 2003-2030, although this may go up as we go along to our top level for our tech, 2050.
IC:
To qualify for the special storefront/charity organization below, you must:
A. Be actively engaged in overthrowing a conservative, reactionary, or dictatorial government.
B. Have limited financial resources
C. Agree that no attacks will be made against civilians not actively involved in the government (i.e. non-civil servant and police civilians may not be attacked.)
D. Agree to replace said government with a free, democratic (with internationally monitored elections), and liberal government.
E. We reserve the right to turn down any group for any reason. These are general guidelines to weed out the application group. Placing an order is no guarantee of sale. Only upon confirmation of order is the sale made.
The Feline Foundation for Revolutionary Groups is a new concept: a storefront designed specifically for cash-strapped rebellions. For each item you buy, you will recieve one free "Buy one get one free." Also, for each item you buy over one thousand items of that type of item, you will recieve a 10% Discount. All goods are sold at 2.5% above cost to allow us to make small reinvestments into research and development. Many of these are not actually used by our forces, but designed specially for cash-strapped rebellions. To convert paw marks to dollars, multiply by two.
Weapons
Ionised Beam Weapons, designed or ideal for Rebel Movements:
These ionise the air with two ultraviolet lasers, allowing electricty to pass through. Works like a very long range taser with more flexibility. Have multiple stun settings, and a kill setting. Also can short-circut electronics on metal vehicles. All come with production rights to the powerpacks, put in like a normal magazine. Pictures of the humanoid version are shown, but a version for any species is available upon request. We have machines that convert, based on blueprints and schematics of the firearm version and the Ionised Beam Weapon version, a firearm to an Ionised Beam Weapon. We use conversions as the primary weapons for our military. We only produce a few models (which are not for sale) of purpose-designed ionised beam weapons.
M3A1 Conversion
Designed to be the cheapest Ionised Beam Weapon available. Not used by the Feline military, but sold for export. We began producing an outdated submachinegun, made out of the cheapest metal possible. We then turned it into an ionised beam weapon, with only two settings: 1 Hour Stun, and Kill. Despite its cheapness, it is extremely reliable.

Cost: 200 Paw Marks
AK-74 Conversion
A cheap ionised beam assault rifle, cheaper than the SA80 conversion we use, and the M-16 conversion we previously used, but are selling at cost at our storefront to get rid of. It is a reliable weapon as well. It has three settings: 1 hour stun, 24 hour stun, and kill. Also, it has a manual adjuster to allow you to change the settings beyond the standard settings.

Walther PPK Conversion
A small, compact sidearm, used by our intelligence and special operations forces when concealability is a must.

Cost: 350 Paw Marks
Other Weapons, designed for Rebel Movements:
T-1 Tranquilizer Pistol
A completely silent, disposable dart gun designed for low cost and high value. It has one large fifty round internal magazine. Once these fifty rounds are gone, it must be opened up back at a base or sent back to us for reloading. However, the airtight seal makes it insanely reliable. Also, it is so cheap that it can often just be thrown away.
Cost: 50 Paw Mark

Vehicles
Light Utility Truck
This versatile vehicle can be used as a raiding vehicle with three crew members, a four individual personnel transporter, or a two crew cargo transporter in the field. We ship it with a cloth cover with cheap (since you are supposed to be cash-strapped, yes?) bulletproof kevlar (we actually consider kevlar obsolete for our forces, as we have developed better, but much more expensive, materials) woven in. It comes with one ionised beam weapon machinegun. It has a hydrogen fuel cell engine, and can convert water into fuel, but efficiency and top speed will be reduced. It has a top speed of 160 KPH.

Cost: 8000 Paw Marks
Cargo Truck
This large cargo truck is ideal as a troop transporter for a rebellion. We ship it with a cloth cover with cheap (since you are supposed to be cash-strapped, yes?) bulletproof kevlar (we actually consider kevlar obsolete for our forces, as we have developed better, but much more expensive, materials) woven in. It has a top speed of 95 KPH, and has a hydrogen fuel cell engine, and can convert water into fuel, but efficiency and top speed will be reduced. It can hold up to sixty troops, or 5000 kilograms of cargo. It can also tow up to 10000 kilograms.

Included (but not part of the weight count) is a GPMG Ionised Beam Weapon for the passenger. It also has mounts for two bombs (two unguided included, but reloads sold below too). It also has a laser designator, a digital video camera, a small computer with a wireless modem, and a radio.
Cost: 15,000 Paw Marks
Unguided Bombs for Ultralight
10 Kilograms of plastic explosive. Mounted in an aerodynamic casing.
Cost: 25 Paw Marks
Guided bombs for Ultralight
9 Kilograms of plastic explosive. Mounted in an aerodynamic casing, with a rocket booster on the back. Please note these only have a rocket fire time of about one second.
