Moving countries
Due to a complete lack of recourses in its sub-continent, the oppresed peoples of bosquverde has been saving up all its money(I honestly havent spent anything ever at all) and will now be building up its country side and cities into several levels, then mounting engines and wheels on hte bottom, allowing it to move away from the current area and drain the surrounding countries of all their natural recourses, take the population as slaves in the engine room, and use every thing flammable as fuel for the engines, allowing it to move to the next target.
Any nation intrested in getting mounted on wheels and joining us will be welcome to gather at the region "moving nations gathering point". UN members preferable.

And actually, in mortal engines they mounted cities on wheels because there was a nuclear war, an ice age, and a hell of a lot of volcanic activity.
