Devestating Earthquake

A massive earthquake struck acutely and unexpectedly yesterday afternoon in Benkore City, Da'amfeck. Reports are flooding in of wounded civilians and people trapped under steel girders, or killed as things dropped on them, breaking bones and necks. Estimations of the number of wounded is around 600 THOUSAND people. The government of Da'amfeck asks the help of any charitable nations! Please aid us in our hour of need!
The Government and Royal Family of Cluck extend their deepest sympathies to those affected by this horrible natural disaster. We have wired the government of Daamfeck 100,000,000 Pula to help with rebuilding and would be happy to send some search and rescue teams if you think they could be of any help.
Her Majesty's Government will arrange for units of the Royal Regiment of Artificers & Engineers ("RAE") and the Department of Civil Works to be airlifted to Daamfeck, should our construction expertise be of any assistance. Her Majesty regrets that pure economic aid is not possible at this time.
