Training needed, contracts up for tender!

11-12-2003, 19:36
The republic of Kazaakisthan has recently opened up a campaign for men to join the military. This has been a very successful and 21'967 troops have joined our ranks. 6'093 have joined in support rolls and 15'874 have joined as ground troops.

Kazaakisthan aims to be an economically large nation with a small but highly elitist army. Our special forces have undergone 83 training courses from all around the world. When we took power from the anarchists, a lot of the citizens joined the army, these troops where armed with Kalashnikovs and cheap pistols. Now our army is armed with HK G36's, AN-94's, FN Minimi's and Uzi's. We pride ourselves with our small but effective army, but currently although our special forces are trained to the highest standard, our standard infantry and support are not trained to any standard.

Kazaakisthan will give out the following contract to any nation who can supply us with excellent variety of training for low cost.

I, <insert leaders name here>, hereby agree to follow the rules laid down in the following document:

For every man trained in his speciality I accept to receive payment upon his return.

In the event of a war between the Kazaakisthan and <insert country name>, all training will be suspended. Pay for the training shall also be suspended. All students will be internned as prisoners of war and left unharmed on the condition they do not attempt to escape or wage war within the instructing country. At the conclusion of hostilities the terms of the contract may be renegoiated.

Bump... please we are very interested.

we could do it for 20,000 per 15 people per week with a six week program.

although we do have some issues with the weaponry. but i think that we can work around them.

What issues are these?

our standard infantry armamemt is a copper-plasma rifle. (http://www.nationstates.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=90021) but it really makes little difference. you want people who not only know which end goes bang, but what to do before that happens. that stuff remains constant regardless of tech level. so it won't be too much of a problem.

It would also be a very educational visit for my engineers. To look at how your tech works.

We can propose you guerilla warfare training (http://www.nationstates.net/forum/viewtopic.php?p=1987033) (Price: 10,000$/soldier).

our technicans would be pleased to demonstrate our technologies. however, any serious demonstrations and training will have to wait until a purchase of actual equipment.

(ooc: i can post/send a couple of accounts of usage if you would like.)

I do a 36 week course similar to the Royal Marines one. In this course your troops would be trained by the same conditions our marines have for basic training as well as 6 weeks on a particular course(such as sniper etc).
Every 3months i will give a 2week course to learn more things for them at an extra cost, due to the high levels of money that is spent in commerce we do not want money but in return we would like an alliance, one that we will trade one technologie together of equal status.
Im afraid i can only train 10,000 for free but can do up to 25,000 men for $8,000.
In this alliance if i or you get into a war that i/you can help then all mesures will be taken to help unless i/you dont have the troops or it is against my/your moral standards, mine are mainly: no crap RP, thats it.
If not then i can train them for $20,000 each, courses for officers are 18months and cost $50,000 more.

Buckaro. We are happy to except this alliance, and we are sorry that we are choosing not to send our men to the Industrialized Surfs. The vote went 134-12.

Kazaakisthan:

What is your climate and geographical topography life, because we may be interested in setting up a smal training base for our SRS specops and Ranger personnel, if this is acceptable.

In return we are willing to have 200 of your troops that you select train in the Ranger program every year which will give your army skills in asymetric warfare. (see Ranger thread for details, I just added more)

We are interested in this UE and as mutual allies. We would be happy to let this take place.

To: The military ministers in Kazaakisthan

From: The Armed Republic of Benevolent Nations
Minister of International Law
Dear Sirs,

The contract you have created for the training of your armies has a fatal flaw in it that could prove to be the death of many of your soldiers should you enter a war.

In the contract you state that should a war begin between Kazaakisthan and the nation that is currently training your troops your enemy is required not to harm your training troops but they are to be held and unharmed.

However, your contract also states that if a war starts between you and your training nation the current contract is terminated. This means that if you enter a war this clause eliminates the contract, including the protections for your training troops, opening them to immediate capture, or if they refuse to surrender, immediate destruction from their trainersw who logically have them surrounded.

Therefor we reccommend you change the contract's terms from the contract being terminated in the event of war to the following. "In the event of war all training will be suspended. Pay for the training shall also be suspended. All students will be internned as prisoners of war and left unharmed on the condition they do not attempt to escape or wage war within the instructing country. At the conclusion of hostilities the terms of the contract may be renegoiated."

This change should prevent any possible complications. We of the Armed Republic of Benevolent Nations hope we have been of assistance.

Respectfully,

The Minister of International Law
