Coastal Defense Force
This is the one part that may be a little tricky as we do not currently produce maritime patrol craft. We do, however, produce and sell larger vessels and so the following composition is made up of these larger vessels.
Surface Combattants

2 Escort Carriers – 2x AMS-8 Courageous Class - $3.3 billion
2 Battlecruisers – 2x AMS-2 Revenant Class - $2.4 billion

15 Diesel Electric Attack Submarines – 10x AMS-70 Mako Class, 5x AMS-75 Thresher Class - $7.05 billion
8 Nuclear Attack Submarines – 4x AMS-80 Hammerhead Class, 4x AMS-84 Tigershark class - $12 billion
19.05 billion
Coastal Defense Force Total Cost: 49.77 billion
Your total costs for the purchase of two armored divisions, two air assault divisions, the aid defense network and coastal defense force is 100.634 billion dollars. Actually it’s a few millions higher but your request was for $100 billion. As such, your cost will be a flat $100 billion dollars. Please let us know if our proposal has met with your level of satisfaction.

We can recommend Agnosticum, having made a major purchase from them before.
OOC: Good to see someone else who tenders bids for military purchases. Much more realistic than the standard *I buy xyz from abc storefront*. :D One small suggestion (not criticism, suggestion) - try to be a bit more specific. For example: what sort of equipment (for and armormored unit, complete military, whatever). Anyway, good job! :D
Crookfur

OOC: some sort of indication of the force level required would be useful are you looking merely for a fast reaction brigade or soemthing of divsion size and above (i assume brigade size as the air transport for anything larger would be very expensive ie soemthing like over 100 An255s).
IC: Crookfur Arms should have a bid ready for a full equipment package for an air assault brigade (UK style) fairly soon.

This meets with all our specifications, except however the costal defence network... as we are a landlocked country...

Belrussian States,
We have received your communique indicating your interest in purchasing our offered package minus the coastal defense force. Unfortunately other orders will restrict the timeline slightly in which we can deliver these units to you. Below is the proposed timeline.
Armor Division Timeline:
1 Brigade each month. Due to the fluxing nature of imported ores and plastics, we can only guarantee one brigade worth of vehicles each month. The rising cost of tungsten which is used in the composite armor has restricted manufacturing at all sirtes and thus temporarily slowed our production rates.
Air Assault Division Timeline:
3 months. We will produce and ship the air assault division in the following manner.
20 AMH-1 attack helos, 30 AMH-2 multi-purpose helos
10 AMH-1 attack Helos, 45 AMH-2 multi-purpose helos
10 AMH-1 attack Helos, 45 AMH-2 multi-purpose helos
In order to quickly move your entire force, we have included three squadrons of AMC-1 Titan heavy cargo aircraft that should enable you to deploy or carry out an airborne operation with a large number of troops and vehicles. The 40 aircraft are extremely durable and spacious allowing for maximum transport through the air to destinations unknown.
The Air Defense network is ready for shipment and installation even now. We shall be shipping the required weaponry and support equipment to set up the integrated network wherever in yoru nation you so desire. We shall also be sending a team of advisors to train your personnel and help maintain the weapons for the first few years. You are welcome to send them home at any time or retain their services for as long as you desire. The air defense network will be arriving by sea at a nearby country with whom we have tendered a safe passage contract to enable us to deliver the goods to you as soon as possible. Expect delivery of the air defense materiel in three weeks maximum. It should take no longer than two months to have the entire system up and running.
While on the subject of purchasing, we would like to extend a request for any natural resources in the way of iron and tungsten ores, aluminum or cobalt. We are willing to pay 5% over the market rate for these resources and can deal with the shipping of all materiel on our own should you so decide to provide us with it.
Should you need anything else, please peruse our catalog that is underline on the proposal we gave to you. Thank you for choosing us to be your defense cotnractor in this regard.
