During the early morning, the president, vice-president and several ministers arrived at Buranbay house, a large estate west of Khujand. The men greeted eachother and entered the house, then came together in the meeting room, where the president welcomed everyone.
"Gentlemen, i welcome each and everyone of you to the meeting, that includes my vice president mr Morchin, whom i meet very seldom."
The minister of Culture noticed that some ministers were not present:
"Excuse me mr president, but i thought the ministers of Foreign affairs and Interior were supposed to be here..." he was interrupted be Prime minister Ogilov: "Mr Nazirov is not in the country for the moment and mr Sharipov is sick"
"Thankyou" The president replied "I think we all know eachother now, so we will move to point 1 on the agenda, the current situation of the army."
"Minister Ogilov, what are the results from the reorganization of the army?"
The prime minister was unable to answer the question as three men, dressed completely in black armed with SMGs entered the room and opened fire. Vice-president Morchin was first to get hit and died instantly, the president and the prime minister were seriously wounded, several other ministers would not be so (un)lucky.
The Presidential guard heard the shooting and rushed inside where they killed the three men after a short fight.
Imediatly a medical team entered the house and gave critical first aid to the survivors, both the president and the prime minister had to be rought to a hospital, as the medical team was unable to treat the patients at Buranbay house.
2 Boeing777s landed and left only minutes later to a destination unknown, one of them carried the president and his prime minister while the other was empty, using 2 aircraft was a comon safety measure.
General Samblevski, Commander in chief of the Tadjik army was the second in line to replace the president. When he heard about the situation he informed the parliament,
"Ladies and gentlemen, i am here with a sad anouncement, 30 minutes ago a group of assassins shot the vice president and wounded the president, the latter will be unable to govern the country for a while."
"therefore, i will replace him for the time being, my first task will be to find the brain behind the assassination and bring him to justice, offcourse this will not be easy. These men werte able to enter a highly guarded house without being checked, there is no other explanation but that they received help from the inside."
"Therefore i ask you to agree on my Decree on the protection of People and State, giving me the powers to fight these terrorists, with offcourse a 4-year sunset provision: if this national emergency is over by then the decree will be dropped and all rights will be returned to the people."
Many of the legislators were concerned but most saw no other option but to give their vote to the decree, giving Samblevski dictatorial powers, but most did not think that Samblevski was to become a new Hitler, afterall this was not a staged attack by a party, Samblevski was not even a partymember, just a military figure, rude but right.
OOC: is my grammar good? i got the feeling its full of faults.
