Well, I don't think its spam, it seems the guy wants to start an RP about getting a new computer.
In that case he really must be a very worring excuse for a human being, the point of RP is to do things one would not normally do.
So thats why no one RP's about going to the shop or filling out job applications (at least I hope not).
