We'll just use this thread to issue defense contracts:

New Pistol

Our Sig Saur P226's and the 9mm bullet just aren't doing it anymore. We need a new pistol that uses the 10mm round and is light, reliable, accurate, and affordable.

We are willing to buy either:

1.) 500,000 Pistols

OR

2.) Manufacturing licence (preferably this)


New MBT

We need a new MBT that has the firepower of a Challenger with the survivability of an Abrams or T-90. This tank should be reliable, rugged, relatively light, and powerful.

We will be willing to buy:

1.) 1,500 Tanks

OR

2.) Manufacturing licence (preferable)

New IFV

We need a new infantry fighting vehicle/APC that can carry up to 15 fully loaded troops, survive a firefight, and be transported by C-141. This IFV should be able to withstand small arms and light explosives.

We will be willing to buy:

1.) 2,500 IFV's

OR

2.) Manufacturing licence (preferable)

I belive the challenger 2 is actually even more heavily armored than the abrams and as to gun differences the challenger series use a 120mm rifled gun which is better with HESH rounds while the M1A2 abrams uses a 120mm smooth bore which is better with APFSDS so they both have roughly the same firepower.

Just some thoughts...
