The government of Hutu has seen it fit to send some of its forces garrisoned along the borders and replace them with a large steel and concrete wall that will make the borders more secure with a smaller garrison. The wall is projected to complete the first stage in roughly a year and a half. The second stage should be finished in another 2 years and the third stage should be completed finishing the wall in a total of 6 years. The government also plans to build a wall around the area of Shimdah and divide it into 4 sectors of which it will reign over, being the largest sector. The other three will be granted to nations that fought in the war that occured after Shimdah attacked Wollanda.

In other news, a government legend died today. Ex-Vice President, James McCury. James McCury died this afternoon in Hutu Central National Veterns Memorial Hospital. Mr. McCury, age 94 died of lung cancer leaving behind one son, James Jay McCury, whom in the words of the late James McCury is a "Lazy, good for nothing, beatnick, communist pig." Or so he said in his video will. Mr. McCury left all 8 billion dollars of his estate to no one, so by federal law the government gains the money. It is also rumoured that J.J. McCury after hearing the harsh words his father said about him has planned to go on a shooting rampage.

Oh, this just in, yes J.J. McCury Jr. has just been shot and killed in Sobakagrad after being spotted with an AK-74. So thus ends the McCury line. This is a sad day in Hutu history, but chances are the government will erase all of this from history books, so this is Bob Snoggy signing off for Wilson 5, 6 o'clock news.

We regret that Hutu feels that the best way to secure its borders is to build a massive wall around itself.

The Republic of Ozymandias IV wishes Hutu well as it seals itself in behind steel and concrete.
