Very quickly, they discovered that they had a very large number of "Hawk" MTBs in mothballs, unused, and a large number of . "Hive" AA frigates. They realised that reducing the number of ships would assist in reducing the naval size, and helping with the disarmament process, so as such, The nation of "Axe Weilding Maniacs" is offering the following:

[ooc: No, I am not godmodding. I have had until recently a navy built virtually only on Frigates and Patrol craft. I am a 1.2 population navy, with a 2% draft rate. My navy has 14 million men in it. I had over 3.000 ships. I have to cut down to ~2500, until the "Vine" AA battle cruisers were built, i used these "Hive" frigates. The "Hawk" MTBs have been replaced with SuperFly corvettes]

We have heard that you have some patrol boats surplus to your requirements. Wood land is a young nation urgently in need of some sort of coastal defense. Wondered if we might take some of your hands. We require 25 Hive AA frigates and 50 Hawk MTB's, which totals $37.5 million. Unfortunately my finance minister informs me we only have $35 million, have to make it 40 Hawk MTB's. We know that there is no point asking for a discount but have an alternative offer for the extra 10 Hawk MTB's we require, how about a reduction in tarriffs for the automobile industry (having just enacted a 100% tax on all incoming automobiles) we would glady upgrade you to favoured traders meaning only a 50% tax on incoming automobiles, in exchange for the final 10 Hawk MTB's of this order.
