In Um'a, a principle city of The Absolute Monarchy of Lipvinity a Revolution has begun. The cities population of about 12 million raised up against the Duke of Um'a and his government.
The revolution was begun by the bourgeois, tired of their lack of control over the economy and their personal accounts.
They stormed the Spring palace and seizing the duke and his family brutally guillotined them upon the palace steps.
All over the country the rumour of a widespread Revolution to turn the small island into a Republic . In Agres and Kresw certain groups have already thought of copying the Um'a revolution and the army has been dispatched to keep the peace, with orders to kill anyone who is suspecteed of symathising with the Revolutionary's.
In Kresw the Communists have begun preparing a rebellion, but in Um'a and Agres the Revolutionary's have remaineed Right Wing.
In the Capital, Preston, the King Peter III has done nothing. The attitude in the city is one of panic. The Reign of Terror has begun.

The Empire of Roycelandia is greatly concerned by Regional Stability and takes a a very dim view of Communism in all its forms.

As we speak, The 3rd Imperial SAS Division is being readied to assist via a Material Intervention in Kresw.

Upon confirmation that Intervention is approved or Internationally Necessary, a squadron of C-47 Transports will wing their way to the area with 3ISAS on board, as well as ammunition, food, and supplies.

The Imperial Special Air Service are the very best troops in Roycelandia, trained to the peak of physical perfection, intelligence, and marksmanship. Their assistance will no doubt be invaluable in suppressing revolts and/or freeing the oppressed.

At this stage we can commit 1,000 ground troops to peacekeeping and Communist Control missions, but further commitment is unlikely owing to a Forced Military Assitance Program in the African Commonwealth.

The King of Lipvinity pleas for your help. The Capitalist Revolutionary's ask you to destroy the Communists but to not suppress the Revolution. The Communists run around shouting looking scared.

That next morning, a squadron of C-47 Dakota transport planes appears in the skies over Kresw.

Parachutes balloon in the sky, heralding the arrival of 3ISAS and 250 support troops, as well as sundry arms, supplies, and food.

The Imperial Defence Bureau has authorised troops to put down the Communist Uprising, but not to interfere in the Capitalist Revolution- UNLESS any gross atrocities are witnessed by Imperial Troops.
Any counter-atrocity action taken will only be against the individuals concerned and not the Revolution as a whole.

Within minutes of landing, the ISAS are in a firefight with Communist Rebels...

Ebolanian requests if Lipvinity requires any additional foreign aid.
If so, the Ebolanian 3d Airborne Division is standing by for deployment.

As night fell over the Lipvinian capital city, twenty men crept into a back alley. All the men in the expeditionary force were nervous, but this was what they did. With frightening speed they clambered over the rubble of the war torn streets, steadying their weapons against potential intruders. The foremost soldier, a sargeant, listened as he scanned the perimeter, but stopped as he heard voices and footsteps. With a hand signal, the platoon shrank back into the shadows as the two figures approached. Obviously revolutionaries, as seen from the Recon briefing. Carrying AK-47s, Uzis and Pistols, they were a scraggly bunch. The sargeant held up his pistol and took out the unwary pair with a pair of silenced shots. He spoke into his radio.
"Sir, Perimeter one secured."
"That's a roge," came the tinny reply."
The squad moved out.

What you have just seen is the deployment of Ebolania's 1st Anti-terrorist platoon, one of five groups of twenty commandos. We have dropped all other platoons into various sections of the city, and are establishing a perimeter for coming invasion.
