During recent meetins, the ARSB has agreed to a plan with Bosnia-Herzegovina that allows the ARSB to build and maintain a base within BH's national boundaries, providing we give them the plans to our advanced air defense systems and provide them with 200 of our T-06 MBTs. Both have been delivered to Bosnia-Herzegovina.

Very well. You can just telegram me what region you are in and a description of where you want my bases.

Does the thought of three bases sound good? I would most likely have an early warning radar system at at least one base and the rest would be equipped with my SB-AASA-01 advanced anti-aircraft system and seperate radar and control centers. I would also have at least one base with a training center.

I've got plenty left... And I don't intend to deploy any more soldiers anywhere, and if I do, they'd come from my other deployed groups or they'd be small deployments.

I would like it if you built your Military bases in the Ukraineyian Region.
Rebels have been attacking my Grain convoys and train stations in an attempt to stop the flow of Grain and Wheat from Ukrainey to other Regions of my Country.
I would like 1 base on the Train station and 2 on the major Grain Factories.

Very well... We have decided to downsize our forces because of the nature of this deployment (basically peace-keeping).
