Hanchinsu invaded the already wounded Shadowsdale. Shadowsdale has been rocked by civil war for 5 months and now when the government forces finally achieved victory Hanchinsu launched their assault. Hanchinsu was angered after the Fortress Europe region invaded Hanchinsu in 1946 to get back at them for killing president Durling. Hanchinsu's assault was meet by stiff resistance from government forces and Fortress Europe's forces but they still managed to conquer 45 miles of Shadowsdale before their assault was bogged down at the capital. President Alfred Smitzon, the newly appointed president, released a press statement today saying that their forces were exausted and were badly in need of supplies and could not hold out much longer. Hanchinsu killed many political prisoners from shadowsdale for no apparent reason. "these attacks must be stopped" said president smitzon " or Fortress europe will be conquered"
