Need weapons for defense
We, the Opressed Peoples of Tacoburrito, are in the market for some used weapons do defend ourselves. We are a small and poor nation and wish to buy 3 catapults. I can offer 3000 sporks or, if you prefer, 150 of our least loyal subjects. Also we would require rocks as we are having a rock shortage.

I think we can come to an agreement. The VerDa-An will be happy to build three catapults for you, and ship a load of rocks with them. The kind we can build most easily is the ballista (a catapult powered by a large bow). I'm sure we can find a use for 150 unreliable people, so long as they are in good health. We can also sell you axes for a reasonable price, once you have more money. We can send you a score of battle axes as a free sample with your catapults, if you want.
However, we will want more information about your country before we send the shipment. What can you tell us about yourselves?
