Given the recent human rights abuses excerices by the nation of RFF in the name of fighting terrorism, the Republic of Quanda here-by issues a decree.
RFF must surrender all captured WMDs.
In addition, RFF must respect the human rights of indiidvuals.
RFF must crack down on terrorists in a calm, collected manner
Should RFF not take part in these activities, The Republic of Quanda and her allies in the Nuclear weapons test site shall go to war with RFF.
The deadline is set for Decmber 31st.
We ask all nations to join in this war effort if RFF continues to violate human rights, and that no other nation intervene on behalf of RFF.
