I must admit, when we recieved your ultimatum at the Foreign Office, at first we thought it was some type of hoax. We hope, for your sake, that it is merely a hoax.

In the interests of charity, we should inform you that it is a dangerous situation for small nations, especially those of 10 million people, to try and order about the tens of thousands of nations, and the trillions of people, that make up the international arena. While some of the states, like the RCO, can tend to be forgiving, there are many countries that will take great pleasure in turning your nation into a radioactive wasteland for what you have said here alone. As a small and young nation, it may be best for you to avoid such large declarations - it will only cause you sorrow.

But, one final note. The RCO can be forgiving, but we have unpleasant memories of the past. We remember insurgents on our land from many NS years ago. If you do have any such like that on our land, you best recall them immediately - they will be found, and I don't know whether the police could save your men from the furious crowds.
