The room had been cleared and the table prepared. Delegates from the foriegn purchasing, diplomatic exchange, and foriegn affairs departments were being briefed on the situation and were making preperations for the upcomming negotiations.

In the skies near Celeborne
The Gulfstream V of the 102nd Transport Wing, escorted (under DEFCON-2 policies) by a full squadron of 12 F-23Cs, approached Celebornian airspace. As soon as they were granted clearance and a place to land, the envoy would land.
Ambassador Gigory Fyodorivich Andropov looked out the window over the beautiful country, the picture-perfect sunrise masking the terrible events that were taking place in his home country. He motioned to his aides to get ready to land.

OOC: It's fine, I can usually only get on after ~7 pm EST (I'm actually on MST), so it'll be back and forth, but I'm used to it. :wink:
And I've decided I'm much too tired for roleplaying, so I'll post sometime tomorrow. Thanks for understanding!

OOC: Celeborne-i'm going on holiday at chritmas-I'll be gone from next week. I'm gonna clear up my RP shedule, then i'm off for 3 weeks in Japan (Nice eh! I always wanted to go there!)
