The USSCR would greatly appreciate your help in constructing nuclear power plants, and have made plans to build several on the borders of the nation.
The plans have been delivered to the USSCR, and large numbers of workers and construction equipment are en route from the Tokarev mainland. In addition, a military cargo ship is hauling 500 megatons of uranium and plutonium to the USSCR.
