The Duchy of Russania is herby under official investigation due to recent events:
The Duchy sent a telegram to the Dictator's office claiming to be Duchess Triandafalou, but upon conversation with the Duchess, Dictator Arlock discovered that she did not recall sending any message or any kind of discussion with any Genworks official.
The transmission also reveals that it did indeed come from the Duchess's Palace, and therefore there is some kind of shadow government in Russania that may pose a military, ecenomic, and/or political threat to the glory of the Valley.
If the Duchy does not accept armed investigators from the Dominion of Genworks and The Dominion of Counter-Utopia, military measures may be taken.
