Actually he is RPing. He is selling the things named as his 3 biggest industries. Uranium, Pizza, and Woodchips. He is not godmodding. And if that is your reason then you are going to war over a ooc reason. I will defend him then. If your reason is becoz he's selling uranium, then free trade is under threat, and I will defend him.

Well I suppose if he's threatening you, you now have the right to consider his nation a Nuclear threat to your security, and if he's threatening me, then I could make you my ally, and you could "save me" from nuclear threats if you really want to go to war with him...
