Band of Brothers: Unity between Nations

I want to start a small alliance, where the rules are simple. You band together, like brothers, except, we will not exclude any sex.

The Band will be an interaction between Nations, a way to keep in touch with one another and to meet new people. If a Brother or Sister needs help, then another will help. Nothing is manditory, for the alliance is built on "your" morals and traditions.

What are your ideas?

No, anyone, any creature, and thing could join. I just want to start something where nations interact more. Not saying that they do not now, but it just seems that there are "cliques" in NationStates, and I just want to bring together some of them into one little alliance.
