The Armed Republic of Demonix Declaration of Freedom
Section 1:
(Article 1) From this day forth the Armed Republic of Demonix hereby declares itself free, independant from the interference of lesser nations, unaffected by the left-wing governments of larger nations. Any person or persons found held in contmpt of this freedom shall be exiled from the Republic pending a fair and impartial trial, as (Article 2) All citizens are entitled to a fair and impartial trial, without prejudice based on past accusations, only upon convictions, valid as long as the issuning Judge is in good standing within the Republic and any decicions made pose no conflict of intrest to any parties involved. As well as an impartial judge, all verdicts are to be reached in seclusion from influence. (Article 3) No judge, bailiff or court apointee shall accept any from of bribery, monetary or otherwise, and shall not adknowledge any attempt to bias any decicion. (Article 4) All evidence provided must first be deemed valid by the judge as both relevant and acceptable, free from heresay, contamination and profiling. (Article 5) Any person found innocent by a federal judge shall be treated equally as if him or her had not been accused of the crime at all. (Article 6) Any person found guilty by a federal judge must serve his or her punishment in full without reservation or deviation. (Article 7) Any person attempting to contrevene the orders of a judge will be charged with Contempt and sentenced as according to the articles in this section.
Section 2:
(Article 1) All citizens of Demonix are free to do as they please, pending their actions do not deprive any other citizen of their rights to freedom, as (Article 2) Freedom is defined as the right to life and security, the right to possess property and posessions free from fear of their destruction or unlawful removal, however, (Article 3) Any officer of the state may, with court order, repossess property and possessions to settle any outstanding debts with the Republic, and (Article 4) Any judge may, at his or her discretion, issue a condemnment to death upon any citizen, at that point their execution shall be carried out. (Article 5) Any person scheduled for execution shall be given their choice in a final meal and five minutes of free speech to the public prior to their public execution. (Article 6a) All persons shceduled to die shall be executed within 48 hours unless a federal judge reverse their decicion, in that even the sentence shall be reduced to life imprisonment. (Article 6b) Any judge found to be in contempt of the state and removed from standing shall reverse all decicions made within the previous seven days, and all sentenced persons shall be pardoned until another judge of higher standing can re-try the case. (Article 7) Any person found to be wrongfully executed shall have their families or next of kin duly compensated, as well, the judge issuing the order removed from standing within the state.
Section 3:
(Article 1) All persons must, when called on by their government, defend their rights set forth in this constitution by any means. (Article 2) Any person found in violation of The Constitution, Section 3, Article 1, shall be held in military contempt by the state and, if warranted by the offences comitted, be sentenced to death as set out by the provisions in The Constitution, Section 2, Article 5, 6a, 6b and 7. (Article 3) Any outside person, agent of a foreign nation, or member of any military force, entering the waters, airspace or land of Demonix without authorization is subject to imprisonment, interrogation and execution without trial, except (Article 4) When a prisoner is deemed to be of importance to the state, at the discretion of the Chief of Armed Forces, may be offered citizenship and benefits in return for their service to the state, or (Article 5) May be exchanged for another prisoner or prisoners from other nations as deemed fair by the Honorable Lord Richards or whom ever succeeds him.
Section 4:
(Article 1) Lord Richards, his heirs and successors, and those appointed by the aforementioned, reserve the right to add, amend and remove Articles and Sections of this constitution as they see fit. (Article 2) Any person or persons attemptiong to influence, assassinate, blackmail or bribe the parties mentioned in The Constitution, Section 4, Article 1, are to be charged with High Treason and sentenced to death as per the provisions set out in The Constitution, Section 2, Article 5, 6a, 6b and 7. (Article 3) All citizens of Demonix are free to read and distribute The Constitution, pending it is unmolested from it's original or offical form.
