President Roach sets behind his desk flanked by about 15 flags being the polygomist that he is. Standing just behind him are the Vice President and the Secretary of Relations. As he speaks his words are being broadcast worldwide on Hutus News Channel 5.

"Comrades, I join you tonight to address the state of our great nation. As of this date, we now have established an excellent nuclear power program that supports close to 84% of our nations power needs. Our army is top of the line for its size, and our streets have never been safer. I encourage all Hutuians to take that vaction to the northern part of the country they've planned. It is safe, taxes are lower than ever, and we have just finnished our highway system to make the trip quicker."

The camera shows shots of the living breathing nation that is Hutu then goes back to a close up of President Roach.

"So comrades, I leave you with this. Support your country, support your armed forces. Join the cause today."

After the broadcast laced with subliminal messages it is rumored that the enlistment rate in the armed forces goes up 120% yet it is unknown since the nation has put up an "Iron Curtian" and the end of the broadcast was only shown in country.

Shortly after the first broadcast of the day a second picks up with pictures of the Hutian Spetz Natz marching towards the borders of the nation dressed in full cammoflauge with thier faces masked for political reasons. The camera fades between the visions of the barracks and training grounds that the neerly 3 million new recruits have reccently signed up to par-take in. The cameras then go to the nations borders showing the regular army and Tank Korp in place just 50 feet from the border crossings and 30 feet of land mines and other defences. While the training is going on and the troops and tanks line the borders and the Air Force flies over head constantly, it is unsure if this is an act of aggression or just a beafing up of the national defences and will continue to be unknown as the President, Vice President, and their advisors are unable to be contacted at the current time as they have gone to the bunkers for their daily inspection.

Again another broadcast reaches the world from Hutu this time in Red Square in the capitol city of Sobakagrad. Thousands of Hutuians take to the streets to protest the mobilization of troops taking many from their homes. It seems not all peoples have taken to love this new idea they've been fed, along with the news station broadcasting the event. Moments later a panicing news anchor comes on.

"Oh my God! Oh my God! This is terrible. It seems that the local barracks of Spetz Natz were sent to retain this protest to the Square as to protect businesses. When the arrived the crowd began to throw rocks and bottles and eventually fire their pistols into the air. At which point one drunken protestor fired a shot and seriously wounded the commander of Spetz Natz Easy Company, the most elite company in the army. After the commander was shot, without orders the full force opened fire slaughtering upwards of 1,200 civilians and leaving many more wounded. We now have a corresponant in the hospital with Polpovnik(For those not familier with Red Army ranks, thats the equivilent to US/UK Colonel) Kafekh."

The cameras go to the Hutu Veterns Hospital where Polpovnik Kafekh is seen in his bed hooked to IVs and moniters with a bullet wound to the chest. A long correspondant holds the microphone neer the man as he speaks.

"What happened today was no accident, these protestors got what they deserved, though I wish our government would crack down on these rebels, I understand the position they are in with the international community. I have nothing more to say to your news networks."

The cameras fade out and show the Hutuian flag flying in the background.
