That's barely 75 billion.
I am ordering the navy to look into eliminating funding for battle island. Or find someway to bring the cost down. Otherwise, I am going to eliminate it and all aircraft carriers from this years funding.

The Secretary of the Army proposes that since the battle island is never used, that we scrap funding for it. This will save 200 billion canali that can be used for more AK 47s.
The Secretary of the Air Force proposes to cut all naval funding so we can buy more Golden Dragons.
The Secretary of Space Forces proposes we eliminate fundnig for all the other branches and build more war satellites like Pandora's Box.

It is very expensive as you can tell from our maintenance costs for it.
But it is a large manmade floating island that serves as a floating military base. You can aircraft on it and up to 100,000 troops or one division.
They are very huge things. But if they are hit, every one on it is endanger of dying as one hit would destroy the whole thing.
They are also very slow to move (they are selfpropelled).
Maximum speed is 2 -10 miles per hour.
We have not yet decided to sell. But we think you should know it is very expensive to build and maintain.
We are paying 200 bill to keep it maintained but it cost us ten times that much to build.

yes, modern awacs can see them on radar, hell mig-31 can see it in 65- km.

No, they are allies we are there to defend.
We are leasing in base from Letila for about 30 billion a year.
It is in our interests to maintain to maintain a military presence in our allies to deter aggressors from attacking them.
We call it the trip wire strategy. They attack our ally. In the process our troops are attacked whether deliberately or inadvertently triggering Whittier's entry into the war on our allies side.
