Current priority dictate that most of it be spent on defense, education, and welfare with national defense being the higher priority.

The crises was partially resolved with defense, education and welfare each being guaranteed at least 24% of the national budget.
This means the military will be receiving at least a 923 billion canali windfall.
It is uncertain how the military will spend this money.

The rest of the budget will be:
Economic development 10%
Foreign Aid 4%
Environment 4%
Space Program 10%

Final National Budget Allocation has been agreed to:
Defense: 923 billion
Education: 923 billion
Welfare: 923 billion

Foriegn Aid: 181 billion
Environment: 181 billion
Economic Development/Infrastructure: 452 billion
Space: 452 billion
